Faith Henton is a Safeguarding, Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader with a passion for creating safer, healthier and more resilient communities.
Born and raised in Kenya, Faith's early experiences shaped her deep understanding of culture, community and the importance of human connection. Her journey from Kenya to the United Kingdom has given her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing individuals, families and organisations across diverse cultural contexts.
With over seven years of experience working within the United Kingdom's National Health Service (NHS), Faith has supported individuals experiencing complex mental health difficulties across a range of settings, including inpatient secure services, Acute services, community mental health teams, crisis services, safeguarding services and therapeutic environments.
Faith is a Registered Mental Health Nurse, safeguarding specialist and counsellor with extensive experience supporting vulnerable adults, young people and families. Her professional practice is grounded in compassion, evidence-based care and a strong commitment to safeguarding and human dignity.
